If a person really dies, the killer breaks the bank and takes all the money. All happy (almost all).
Of course, the service has two main questions.

First of all. it is the anonymity of all operations: input of the name, donations, anonymity of the killer, anonymous withdrawal of money to the winner. In theory. all this can be done, there are all the tools (actually, therefore, Bitcoin), but at least you need to fumble well.
Secondly (I think it is in second place), reliability. What if this is all a hoax, that several scammers just decided to get rich in such a growing bitcoin today and are not even going to pay any winnings. Of course, there is such a probability, but if you think about it - how can such services gain trust? Do not show the same license and passport data. Only by deed. Yes, in the beginning, there will be little trust, but as soon as one rate “works”, the service will gain unprecedented popularity both among donors and among murderers. That's when life will sparkle with new colors.
