The first hackathon in Alpha Bank. From the scene
Hello, friends!
In Alfa-Bank, the very first hackathon is held today in the laboratory that is engaged in the creation and improvement of “Click” and “Mobile”. I will briefly tell you about how we started this all this morning, and if you have any questions (ask in the comments!) Then I will answer with the next post.
So today, on November 15th, the hackathon started at 12:00. A total of 7 teams participate (an average of 5-6 people per team). Each team presented an idea (two minutes per presentation) and went to implement projects.

Projects on the terms of the hackathon should be related to banking. Many decided to break away and do things about which they had long thought, but for which there was no time among the current tasks.
And yes, we made a sign of the event on which two little people sawing. From a distance, it looks like a good-natured smiley. So it was intended.
The main prize is about one million rubles for the development and launch of the winning idea, and, subject to monetization and commercial success, the bank is ready to share profits with the developers.
In Alpha, IT projects are given great importance (historically), and the CEO of the bank, Alexey Marey, came to greet the teams.
