Sun acquires innotek GmbH

Yesterday, the first beta release of VirtualBox for OpenSolaris came out, and today Sun released a press release announcing the decision to acquire the German company Innotek GmbH , thereby “expanding the virtualization solutions to the developer’s desktop”.
