The first real prototypes of Google Android devices were shown today at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. ARM, Marvell, Texas Instruments, Qualcomm, NEC and ST Microelectronics demonstrated various prototypes that should appear in the second half of 2008.

Texas Instruments presented a prototype (see photo) from an unknown vendor running on an OMAP 3430 processor, with a frequency of 500 MHz. Other photos of devices can be found

Personally, I like the design of this prototype, I just want to touch it and start experimenting with the software.
