Mobile phones based on Android were presented in Barcelona

The first working prototypes of phones based on the Android platform from Google were presented at the World Mobile Congress (3GSM) in Barcelona on Monday by ARM, Marvell, Texas Instruments, Qualcomm, NEC and ST Microelectronics.

Let me remind you that Google instead of self-production of mobile phones based on Android has created an alliance that will do this. The alliance includes 34 companies, including China Mobile, HTC, Intel, Motorola, Qualcomm, T-Mobile, Telefonica, LG and eBay. Let's hope that such reputable players in the high-tech market will soon bring us happiness with the first production models of Android phones :)

As Eric Schmidt, CEO of Google, said regarding the creation of the alliance: “Imagine not the only G-Phone, but thousands of G-Phone, produced by various manufacturers”.
