At CNews, it was reported that, allegedly, before the delivery of the project “IMA Group” as a result of a technical failure, it
lost all the source codes of the School portal . As a result, the developers had to quickly create a new “pilot” version for several days.
Statements are not presented by the source of the "Rosobrazovaniya" look more than strange. Immediately the following questions arise:
Did the development team use a version control system?
If used, then each developer should have a copy of the source codes. Even if not used, anyway, each developer will have a copy of the portal. I wonder how it happened that all developers simultaneously lost the source codes of the system? This is just incredible.
')
Although, maybe the developer was only one? But, in this case, it was hardly possible to develop something seriously more complicated than the existing version of the portal for several months. In addition, in this case, the wage bill for development is unlikely to greatly exceed $ 10,000.
And the most important question. If the “IMA Group” has lost the source codes, it turns out that they have not completed the project. And, therefore, there should not be any payment from the “Rosobrazovaniya”. Why do the officials continue to cooperate with the “IMA Group” and unless the contract does not provide for a penalty in case the work is not completed?
No matter how hard the officials of “Rosobrazovaniya” try to hide the “naked truth” of their rollback project called School Portal, they are unlikely to be able to mislead the professional communities of bona fide web developers with their tales.
The Agency of Humanitarian Technologies
sawed the lot No. 1 of the same tender for
$ 1 million , but, unfortunately, they did not come under the blow of universal criticism. Having received the taxpayers' money, having paid a rollback, “Agency of Humanitarian Technologies”, without further ado, ordered a
simple LAMP website for
$ 699 from bemobi.ru:
www.bemobi.ru/main/benefits/price/#222Since there is no public criticism, there is no need to invent any loss of source codes “as a result of a technological failure”.
