Intel and Micron create high-speed NAND flash memory

Firms Intel Corporation and Micron Technology Inc. announced the completion of the development of new high-speed technology for NAND flash memory, which accelerates data transfer fivefold in comparison with modern samples. IM Flash Technologies, a joint venture created by two companies, is implementing this technology.
