Today noticed an interesting link on Mail.ru:

Mail.ru now allows you to disable ads for more convenient viewing of mail. This can be done easily, though costly.
Disable advertising for the week:
The cost of the service for Russia is 36 rubles with VAT,
The cost of the service for Kazakhstan is 141 tenge with VAT.
The cost of services for Ukraine - 5 UAH with VAT.
Disable advertising for the month:
The cost of the service for Russia is 90 rubles with VAT,
The cost of services for Kazakhstan is 356 tenge with VAT.
The cost of services for Ukraine is 12 UAH with VAT.
')
You can use the service by sending SMS to the appropriate short numbers.
As I can judge (check, honestly, not eager), the service can be used only by one whose mobile phone number is attached to the mailbox. It seems to me - this is a minus.
Another strange miscalculation by Mail.ru is the affordable ability to view mail without ads from
edu.mail.ru. What is even stranger - there is also such a button.
I have some ambiguous feelings and impressions from this service.
On the one hand, the service will certainly find its consumer, and the consumer will be grateful for the service, will ask to expand it to other sections (Video, Photo, Answers).
On the other hand, Adblock has not been canceled yet.
