The fact that today (or rather, yesterday) it was announced that RTM exited, probably, is no secret to anyone. Some even managed to download and install the latest release.
However, many of those who downloaded the wzor.net release of January 28 still doubt what they installed. Therefore, I would like to shed light on this question once and for all.
So, build
6001.18000.080118-1840 was originally the last release candidate (Refresh 2).
January 21, it was decided that it will be a release. This is evidenced by the entry in the corporate blog:
