A year ago, I already turned to the administration of Habr with this idea. But nothing has changed. And now the post that could be improved. I want to share my thoughts and I will be glad to discuss and comment. Habra community is highly organized and disciplined. What is poorly written or uninteresting falls into the basket.
Some like to learn new things from the experience of others, others are willing to share their accumulated experience. But here is the problem. Those who are ready to share their experience do not always know what the rest will be interested in.
Now imagine, everyone can come in and suggest a topic for a post or vote for those topics that already exist. For example, I want to learn about "Oracle 12c", not just what appeared there new, but for example a full guide, step by step, starting with the installation. I am sure that there are people here who can and want to talk about it, but perhaps doubt that it will be interesting for the rest. And so will the vote. For example, one person per day can only offer one topic or vote only for one topic per day. And everyone can go in and see this list and choose the topic about which he (or she) wants to talk.
You can go even further and make a signature on the topic. For example, I voted for the topic for the article and wrote it. The system will notify me that this post is written and I can read it.
')
Even further (although this can be controversial and requires discussion). Since I want to read this article, I offered it or voted for it, my assessment should be for example 2 times more weighty than those who did not want to read it. Agree, because if I’m the only one who wants to read about Oracle 12c, and the article is really interesting, why opponents of this product can mislead it.
Offer your ideas, write and comment. In my opinion, everyone will benefit from this innovation.
