Hunter and monk

Once an old monk was walking through the forest and noticed a hunter nearby who was aiming at a deer. The old man approached him and begged not to kill the deer.

- Why? The hunter asked in surprise.

- If you kill him, then in the next life you can be born a deer. That is the law of karma.

The hunter thought and decided not to kill the deer. He looked at the monk: he was well, neatly dressed, had excellent manners and good facial features. The hunter felt the smell of bliss and serenity emanate from the monk.

At the same time, the hunter sent his gun to the monk. He asked him:

- My God, what are you doing ?!

“You yourself said that this is the law of karma: if I kill you, I will be a monk in my next life.” I liked you.
