ABOUT TRAINING:

Or even better, he begins to insist on a particular solution that is illogical and does not fit into the current product.
Why does the customer do this? At our workshop we will learn, first, to disperse the fog of intricate specifications, and second, to help the customer find the lost focus and restore the scope, and, of course, we will use Lego to simulate the development process. Also, we will consider a system for analyzing requirements and you can take a laptop with you, it will come in handy.
