The cookies were just made

I suddenly discovered today that cookies do not work on the local mirror of the project. Whatever you put, always returns testCookie = 1, which is in Safari, in Firefox. I rummaged through the project in search of an error - it was empty, I rummaged through all the dependent libraries (they suddenly play pranks ;-) - it is empty. Updated all that is possible - without result. From powerlessness I decided to google ... well, of course, I found the reason. It is stated in the specification that A Set-Cookie with Domain = .com or Domain = .com. Will always be rejected, because there is no embedded dot. I don’t understand one thing, how in all my life I hadn’t ran into such a rake before? :-)
