3CX Hotel Module - hotel module for 3CX Phone System 12

A new version of the 3CX Hotel Module was turned on, turning the 3CX Phone System into a full-fledged hotel PBX with unified communications support.



Among the main functions of the 3CX Hotel Module, the following are worth mentioning:

• Registration and departure of guests;
• Alarm clock by phone for guests;
• Setting statuses for the maid (signaling the need for cleaning);
• Special function of the mini-bar for inventory and timely replenishment of the bar;
• Integration of billing information via CDR or SMDR with most existing hotel billing.

At the same time, the module has the functionality to integrate with already existing PMS (Hotel Management Systems) supporting the Mitel protocol (for example, Micros Fidelio )
