What is the difference between Brackets / Adobe Edge and COLT?

COLT developers are constantly asking what is the difference between Bracket / Adobe Adge and COLT.

So the guys made a small video that shows how useful it is in real work not to lose the state of the page - scrolling, variables. With automatic page refresh, all this is lost. Programming on the fly is great!
