Many probably faced a situation when dialing IP on numpad'e, instead of the desired 127.0.0.1, it turned out 127.0.0.1, due to the fact that it tritely forgot to switch the layout.
This problem got me out and I found two solutions that I share with you:
1. Start - Settings - Control Panel - Regional and Language. There, in the language settings, we simply change the “separator of the whole and fractional parts”.
