ICAgile Certified Professional class
The goal of the ICAgile course is to help participants understand that Agile is primarily a philosophy based on values and principles, and not just another methodology . This class offers students an introduction to the topic of agile software development using the example of Scrum from project start and product release planning to work decomposition methods and communicating a common vision of the client’s goals to the team.
Who is the class for
Top and mid-level managers (team leader, project), senior programmers, lead testers, analysts - anyone who needs to work closely within Agile projects or with Agile teams.
What do you get
You will gain a deep understanding of how and why agile development methods work in practice, implemented both in one project and at the whole organizational level. Practical exercises and small group discussions will prepare you for working with Agile teams.

A wide Agile worldview gives you the opportunity to adopt and use various agile development practices in accordance with the needs of your project instead of blindly applying the book Scum to any project, whether it is suitable or not.
Instead of basic practices and generic processes, ICAgile provides a multifaceted overview of various agile development practices, an understanding of the scope and uses of them.
Upon completion of this course, participants will receive a certificate and the title of ICAgile Professional from the International Agile Consortium (ICAgile) , which confirms their knowledge of flexible software development.
You will also receive 21 PDU units required for PMI obtaining a PMP certificate from the Project Management Institute.

Tim is a certified scrum master, ICAgile trainer, and an experienced project manager. He has over 16 years of experience in software development and over 12 years of experience in building productive teams as a leader, expert or trainer. Tim has over 20,000 hours of training, which he conducted with more than 50 teams from more than 10 countries.
Vasily Chanev (Odessa)
Vasily has more than 11 years of experience in software development and testing projects. He is an expert in setting the testing process, as well as starting productive teams working on Agile approaches to software development.

Training Information
The course takes 3 full for from 10:00 to 18:00. The training will be held in the office of Ciklum Odessa. Be sure to breaks for coffee breaks.
The training is conducted in Russian so that you can better understand all aspects, but the terminology will be repeated in English so that you can work successfully in an international environment.
