It is no secret that recently IT companies have been spending a lot of manpower and resources to “retain employees”. I personally have the impression that “retaining employees” is something about manipulation and not too honest managers. And in order for the guys to work in your team, it is enough to pay a competitive salary on time , give them interesting projects and create conditions in which they will be comfortable working.
However, the understanding of interesting projects, comfort and “competitive salary” is different for everyone, and I would like to understand how IT people are guided when they change jobs.
