September 23, Yandex search engine "knocked" 16 years.

In 1997, Yandex was able to take into account the morphology of the Russian language and rank the documents by relevance to the key phrase.
Now technology takes into account several hundred factors and their combinations.

It is clear that Yandex today is not only a search, but also several dozens of different services, to which its own browser has recently been added, but still most people associate it with a search engine.
