Copyright: you have to take the initiative

Recently, more and more news about copyright is heard, more and more articles appear on the site, and the government is carefully tightening the screws.

I don’t know about you, but to me the statements of most copyright advocates seem very cynical. Judge for yourself: real money to the author of the book / film / game / article or any other intellectual property comes only a small part. Everything else is deposited in the pockets of intermediaries who so vehemently protect the well-established system.
And now, some intellectual property rights (IP) holders in Russia have realized that the Internet is becoming the main market for IP, and the usual cinemas / stalls with magazines are no longer enough. What did they do? - we decided to block material distribution sites, not to improve the quality of the material, not to provide platforms for its distribution on the Internet, but simply to block.
For example, overseas users have an alternative: download for free, or pay and get more convenient and easy access to the desired content (google play, itunes, etc.).

It becomes clear that if you create a platform in Russia, using which it would be convenient for the IT creator to share his creation, bypassing intermediaries, and the user to use it.

So, I had the idea of a platform, and that would not pull a brief description of it:
It is an application and a website, like google play or itunes, but without being tied to any platform or content type. The application has a library with content that can be obtained through a torrent. The client itself is distributed free of charge , however, if the right holder wants to receive money for it, the right holder can apply and prove the existence of rights to the IP, after which the IP will be sold using the Pay What You Want (PWYW) model , when the user can pay so much how many consider it necessary (0p - for free), and all the money will be credited directly to the owner of the IP.
Those. The application itself is more like a wrapper for a torrent tracker, but with the ability to legalize content.
Why the application? - due to the fact that, firstly, blocking the application is much more difficult, and secondly, the law does not provide for their blocking at all. And, moreover, as practice shows, it is more convenient.

If everything is implemented correctly and the people are attracted by the quality of access to the necessary content, this can force the right holders to reconsider the rules of the game.
