Steps to reproduce:

• We break the phone, lift up the widget access panel;
• Open the stopwatch;
• Choose an alarm clock;
• Hold the shutdown button until "Cancel";
• Click Cancel and quickly press "Home" twice;
• If the camera was launched, select it and access the photo.

You can get full access to contacts! We choose to send a photo and by SMS. There will be all our contacts :) Also the bug works from the WorldClock screen

Temporary fix: go to Settings, Control Center, and set Lockscreen Access to value off.
