Today we want to talk about two new features: cache and tip.
The cache function is designed to account for cash payments in your account. The client on the spot, as before, selects a payment method. Only now, in the application, and accordingly in the personal account, all the money received is recorded - both via a card and cash, which gives additional control and accounting for the actions of couriers, employees, etc.
Tip. It is logical that when you pay with a card, you need to climb for cash, to leave it to tea, if you liked everything, the client does not want to, and it is uncomfortable. Therefore, we have introduced in the application the opportunity to receive tips when paying with a card - a good incentive for your staff to work better.
')
In connection with the foregoing, the procedure for making a payment has changed. The first step remains the same - enter the payment amount and its purpose and click Next.

First payment stepA screen appears with a choice of payment method - cash or card.
Choosing a payment methodUser Case №1
The client chose cash: we enter in the field that appears, how much money the client gave, if more than necessary, the change will be calculated automatically. Next, enter the customer's contacts, where the slip-check is sent. Sending a check is only an accounting function for the convenience of customers, so that they can see transactions in their personal account (and in unloading from it) that were performed not only with cards, but also with cash. Naturally, no requests are made to the bank when receiving cash. No fee is charged.

Cash transactionSignature when paying in cash is not required. The received check will contain the amount and purpose of the payment along with the customer’s contacts.
User Case # 2
The client pays with a credit card: we insert the reader into the audio jack of the smartphone, roll the card, enter the contacts to send the receipt, and the client puts the signature on the screen with a finger.

Card operationNext new feature - tips
If the client wants to thank for good service, but there is no cash? Yes, no question, he can leave a tip with a card. To do this, the client enters the amount or clicks on the number with the percentage. Important: you do not need to roll the card again.

Leave a tipThe received check will indicate the amount and purpose of the payment, the client's signature, the size of the tip and the card number.
Adding a tip to a check is not supported in cash - it is logical that if a customer pays in cash, then he will give a tip directly to the seller.
