Google has found a representative in Ukraine

Google hired a regional consultant in Ukraine. The position was taken by Dmitry Sholomko, the former managing partner of the consulting company UBL, Kommersant Ukraine reports.

Mr. Sholomko confirmed to the newspaper that it was he who represents the interests of the Internet giant in the country since September, however, he refused to comment further, citing the restrictions imposed by the employer.

Experts believe that the responsibilities of the regional manager of Google include informing the head office about the state of the local market. In addition, it was said, the consultant can make recommendations for adjusting Google services and adapting them to the local industry.
