What do IT people really dream?

Congratulations Habr with the beginning of the week.
On the Rights of offtopic, from the closet, I decided to create a survey about our dreams. I hope you all had a good rest this weekend.

Intro

A few days ago I noticed that lately I’ve been dreaming of a game in a first-person shooter. And what a detail - for the first time in my life I had a dream about a detail from a PC. I stand, which means that at the foot of some ancient ruins, the action takes place on a distant planet, the landing of the opposing team is already approaching (we are keeping some point in the ruins, obviously). And I? I stand with the keyboard off in my hands and try to switch weapons. Shake Tab . Nothing.

Under a cat some polls, I would be very interested to know the results of the answer from IT specialists.

Intro 2

Another interesting case from a recent dream remembered - with the participation of the mouse wheel. Of course, there was no mouse and the indication of the current weapon was in my palm. But for control it was enough to spin the imaginary wheel in the air with your finger.

From where I dared to conclude - we, IT professionals, work with a computer at a level where the brain does not pay attention to the screen (like glass + cursor), the periphery, and especially to iron. For our brain, the computer is missing in principle, we see only the consequences.
Why I could not switch weapons? Because I never really switched weapons in my life, for the brain, it just remains to “press a key on the keyboard.” And here I stand on the ruins, switch weapons ... But it does not switch - there is no keyboard. I look at my hands - a keyboard appears in them, a key is on it, but nothing happens. Only in a dream can we truly see what remains in the head and what is not.

I urge you to think for a moment about your color dreams, thereby approaching the knowledge of your mind. In the comments you can discuss your beautiful moments.

PS The author of the post is an up-to-date developer, who sits for 12 hours writing code, but does not have a permanent job, as a student. Apparently, this is why I have never seen a code in a dream.
