The company Six Apart has released an updated version of the engine for blogs MovableType. The creators claim that version 1.5 takes into account almost all the wishes of users received since July 2006, when version 1.0 Enterprise was released. In particular, MovableType now fully supports LDAP.
According to Chris Alden, a representative of SixApart, 75-80% of the largest companies (according to Fortune) use either MovableType or TypePad (also developed by SixApart). It is also worth recalling that this company owns the services LiveJournal and Vox .
