I hasten to inform you that Microsoft has released a new update, KB2872339.
Its peculiarity is that it will negatively affect users of unlicensed Windows 7.

This update is a continuation of the well-known for the same reason KB2859537

Update KB2872339 replaces KB2859537, i.e. contains newer versions of kernel files. Installing it can lead to exactly the same problems on unlicensed copies of Windows 7, specifically, third-party applications stop running, as well as some Microsoft applications. It is impossible to use the system. This is due to the incompatibility of some activators and cracks with the new core.

If you have already installed it, a rollback to the last restore point or a specific update may help.

10/09/2013 update KB2882822 was released, adds support for the ITraceRelogger interface. Because it replaces the kernel files, installing it can lead to exactly the same problems.
