Yesterday, by the will of fate, I registered a QIWI wallet on the site, and after a couple of hours with such a short interval, such interesting SMS messages came:
The traffic to the QIWI site goes via https, I literally just registered a couple of hours ago, I’d never come across phishing sites, the probability of a computer being infected is small. Coincidence? Fraudsters so well got my number? Unlikely, but still, let's try to check.
Repeated the same operation from another computer and registered the wallet to another phone number. The next day we receive similar messages:

I am sure that such messages are sent by one of the dishonest recipients of my data, and not QIWI itself. But, judging by the only page with this problem found in Google, dated August 26, 2013, the problem does not exist the first day. In my opinion, QIWI should have intervened.
