The traffic to the QIWI site goes via https, I literally just registered a couple of hours ago, I’d never come across phishing sites, the probability of a computer being infected is small. Coincidence? Fraudsters so well got my number? Unlikely, but still, let's try to check.

page with this problem found in Google, dated August 26, 2013, the problem does not exist the first day. In my opinion, QIWI should have intervened.
