WCAG 2.0 Application Guide for Information and Communication Technologies Outside the Web

The Working Group of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 has published the WAG Information Guide for the Application of WCAG 2.0 for Information and Communication Technologies Outside the Web (WCAG2ICT) as an information note.

WCAG2ICT is a guide to interpreting and applying WCAG 2.0 not for web-based documents, but for applications. This is the result of joint efforts to support agreed solutions in the framework of ensuring the availability of a range of technologies for people with disabilities.
