In fact, this is not a program at all; it is a set of device presets so as not to clog them before each copying / scanning. A preset, it turns out, really, a lot.
A particularly sophisticated and beloved by the personnel department method of using this multifunction printer is copying workbooks. And here's why: they put the workbook on glass, press the green button, turn the spread of the book, press the green, [cycle repeat the necessary number of times], and the MFP gives them an A4 sheet, on which there are four reversal labor, two turns on each side A4 . Save time and paper at the same time.
A colleague recently asked him to do as well as the personnel department. I wanted to send him to gu ... l, but I thought that the man himself would have guessed to go to him before asking a question. Remove old program. To do this, press the hold button with the program number.
Switch to copy mode ("copy" button on the left)
click "function menu"
Next, change the parameters to
paragraph1 Paper selection -> paragraph 3 (A4 portrait)
n2 leave as is
P3 Duplex -> P2 (1 side >> 2 sides)
P4 Scale -> P2 (Auto)
P5 Combine -> P2 (2 on 1)
P6 Format of the original -> P2 (A5 landscape)
continue to change nothing
exit function menu
Save program: press hold button with program number

2 confirm its execution
3 lift cover
4 put the next passport turn
5 lower the lid
