Startup Teqlo announced its intention to develop a service for creating applications. A product that focuses more on "dummies" than on professional developers will allow you to build an uncomplicated web application program with little effort.
Spenders, for example, will be able to make their own cost accounting application, combining data from a ready-made Salesforce.com software product and information from an electronic calendar.
