local windows update service

There is a local network, it includes n number of computers. Can I somehow make them receive windows updates from a given local server, and not from microsoft servers?

and how it is consistent with the policy of the MC and with the law?

Just reasonable, if not 200 computers will eat traffic on the update, but only 1.
