I am sure this idea is not new and probably sounded in the comments, but in the light of recent events, it may be worthwhile to force its implementation. I propose to give some the right to an exceptional measure of action - blocking / removing pests and the right to kill posts.
Obviously, a powerful weapon and do not give it to everyone. But for example, you can give those who have karma and / or habrazil more than 100.
For my part, I can solemnly promise, in the case of the receipt of this raster right, to use it only for good purposes and in situations where the use of the sword of justice is certain.
UPD: as can be seen from the comments, the phrase “to give to those who have> 100” was perceived not entirely with the meaning I was trying to invest there. I'm talking about the "manual" distribution, i.e. on a special administration action to empower. Of course, you should not do this automatically.
