New 3CX CRM integration module
We present you a new version of 3CX CRM Integration Module for 3CX Phone System Version 12. The new version supports Outlook 2013 and has a built-in TAPI day dialing driver from Outlook through 3CXPhone for Windows.
The 3CX CRM Integration module allows you to connect the 3CX Phone System to the following CRM: Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SugarCRM, Google Contacts, and Sage ACT!

3CX TAPI Driver - works only with Outlook.
—Now the Microsoft Dynamics CRM plug-in allows you to configure which browser to use.
—Updated plug-in for Outlook 2007, 2010 and 2013. Outlook 2003 is no longer supported.
Corrections and Changes
—When lead and contact have the same first and last name, the Salesforce plug-in kept the call in the wrong contact.
—Add resource text for Outlook add-in.
—The default port number has been changed to a larger one in order to avoid conflicts with other applications.
—Changed call notification about 3CX Phone System (removed 3CX MyPhone).
—You can install and configure only one plug-in.
—Changed the way text files were loaded to avoid problems installing the .NET Language Pack.
—A series of installer improvements.
—Fixed a bug for the Salesforce plug-in; it did not remember call activity.
—A series of problems with notification when a call comes from a queue or from a number on which more than one device is registered.
