Hello, gentlemen, engineers.
In my spare time from sleep and work for money, I manage the development of the draft RosVyborye - a system for collecting and coordinating volunteers who are ready to be observers at the September 8 elections. The task of RosVyborov is to introduce the maximum possible number of its observers into each election commission and resist the actions of unscrupulous members of election commissions - maximize the time spent by observers at polling stations, provide support for observers with mobile support groups and contact center. The goal is to make the election results as close as possible to the actual votes cast, minimizing the influence of the evil forces on the official results.
From the point of view of the developer, you can get an idea of the system by reading publicly available usage scenarios . The project is being implemented on ruby on rails, at the time of writing the post, about half of the scenarios are ready and transferred to production.
At the moment, the project has two problems - extremely tight deadlines and a glaring lack of developers. Elections will be in two weeks, and the system should be transferred to full production in the coming week. Several magnificent engineers take part in the project, but unfortunately none of them has the opportunity to deal with them in fulltime mode.
Colleagues, we urgently need engineers who professionally develop ruby on rails and are ready to devote themselves fully this week to the next week. The actual customer of the project is civil society, each of us, of those who understand the need for election results that exactly correspond to the tick marks set by voters in the ballots. This is not the richest customer in the world, so the motivation “for money” will not work here, only the desire to do everything possible to achieve this goal will work.
