Perhaps, the news for 2008 was No. 1 for me as follows: according to Resolution No. F04-67 / 2007 (77-A67-32) of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the West Siberian District, information about tax debts with the taxpayer is not a secret!
Very often lately (due to the intensification of the struggle of the tax inspectorate against enterprises that are unprofitable on paper), the tax inspectorate refuses to accept the expenses of the organization as expenses because the supplier’s company is honest (for example, it does not pay taxes from of money).
Now it turns out that I have the right to request in my tax inspectorate information about the existence of tax arrears for my potential partner and immediately think - should I sign an agreement with him?
