Why do we need this system, why not just put the button "call UFO"? And secondly, such a system eliminates the possibility of abuse, if there was only a button, and the message disappeared in the case of several clicks from different users.
According to such a system, any message of this onotolium and its clones, which had not even been zaminusovannye would have a button "call UFO" (at least mat + kapslok, other signs, let's say in the database yet), and very quickly would be killed.
