Do you index wages?

It's no secret that life is constantly becoming more expensive: the cost of travel increases, the cost of housing and communal services increases, the prices of products and goods are rising. To ensure that the welfare of workers at least does not deteriorate, the Labor Code obliges employers to carry out wage indexation:

<...> in the manner prescribed by the collective agreement, agreements, local regulatory acts. Article 134 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.

But the TC does not say anything about the timing and amount of indexation of wages. In this connection, it is interesting to know how the implementation of this norm of TC in the IT industry is observed.

Since indexation and the increase in wages are several different things: indexation is the adjustment of wages to constantly changing (rising) prices, and the increase is its increase compared to the increase in prices, I divided the survey into two.
