Resident of Chelny IT Park introduces its development in Sberbank
On August 9, 2013, an official test launch of a new online service promotion technology took place in three branches of Sberbank, which was developed by the resident project of the Business Incubator of the Chelny IT Park site - PARTIZAN-info.
The technology developed by the project allows Sberbank customers to install and activate the Sberbank OnL @ yn mobile application directly in the bank branch using innovative patented technology PARTIZAN-info. Customers do not need to spend their own time and mobile traffic to search for applications within digital app stores.

To install the application, simply connect to Sberbank's free Wi-Fi network inside the branch. After connecting, the PARTIZAN-info system will independently determine the operating system type of the client device and will offer to install the required type of application. A bank consultant will help the client to get the application activation code, and the PARTIZAN-info system will directly provide the client with the application directly on the subscriber’s device’s screen. Installation, activation and training is carried out within a few minutes. The new service is free and informationally safe for Sberbank customers. Feedback from customers who have taken advantage of the new service is positive. Bank clients and consultants note the convenience and simplicity of the innovation system.
Currently, Sberbank and PARTIZAN-info LLC have begun to discuss a pilot project in 50 branches in 3 regions of Russia (Perm Territory, the Udmurt Republic and the Komi Republic). In the future, this project is to be scaled to all regions of the Russian Federation.
The project Partizan-info has been a resident and one of the most interesting projects of the Business Incubator of the Second Site of Kazan IT Park for a year now. The head - Igor Lekontsev left Perm, his native city, in order to bring his project to a new level of development.
