
I continue (and most likely, finish) the publication of the first Russian privileges on computers.
The third privilege is to
Alexander Ivanovich Namansky (1818-1883), the author of primers and textbooks on arithmetic. Source: “Magazine of Manufactories and Trade”, 1862, No. 17.

Unfortunately, in 1867, the “Journal of Manufactures and Trade” ceased to exist, and the granted privileges ceased to be printed in it.
