Predict the future, or what will happen to the "law against the Internet"

As many of you know, on the website of the Russian Public Initiative, I successfully gained the required 100,000 votes on the abolition of the law on arbitrary blocking of websites . Some site owners even participated in the collection of votes (including myself).

However, it is still too early to open the champagne - it will be an unknown amount of time to consider this petition, and it’s not clear what the result will be.

Although, experiments are known, in which the collective estimates of some quantities surprisingly exactly coincide with reality. That is why we should not look into the future, collectively assessing its possible options.
