An open letter to the ROI and the FID on a petition to cancel the 187-FZ (# Law against Internet)

"Hello!
Under my account on the ROI portal, there is an initiative that today, on August 10 (most likely) will get 100 thousand votes: “Cancel the law on arbitrary blocking of Internet resources No. 187- dated July 02, 2013 (law against the Internet)“

Please consider a number of my suggestions:
1) Do not stop voting for this initiative after gaining a 100-thousandth signature, while sending a petition to the expert committee for consideration. Stop collecting signatures on it only after solving the issue in it indicated.
2) To assist the meeting of the commission to consider this issue as soon as possible, since The issue raised in the text of this petition is highly relevant and resonant for the society and the Internet industry, which we see by the unprecedented rate of votes - after only 1 month and 1 week, 100 thousand official signatures from citizens of the Russian Federation were received and that all the time as the petition appeared on the ballot, it was always in first place according to the pace of voting, i.e. was the most popular on the portal ROI. At the same time, only 345 people opposed the initiative, while “FOR” - one hundred thousand.
3) Invite me and, if possible, the co-authors (*) of this petition, when considering the issue on it, to the meeting of the relevant commission, with the right to speak with their word, as the representative of those 100 thousand people who signed their name under this popular initiative.

The initiative was withdrawn from the POI after reaching 100057 votes and sent to the expert group for review .
There is no answer to my given open letter, which, naturally, was sent and by the corresponding official e-mail.
Although there was information from the official representative of the IC and PID ( Alexzander ) that they received this request.
