Privilege for an arithmetic machine, issued to the honorary citizen Zelik Slonimsky on November 24, 1845 for 10 years

As an experiment, I post the scan of the first, as far as I know, Russian privileges on the counting machine ( Journal of Manufactures and Trade, 1845 No. 10-12 ).

Zelik Slonimsky and his arithmetic machine are well known to computer technology historians, a description of the device is contained in the special literature, but the privilege itself has not been published on the Web - at least I could not find it.
