The implementation of the anti-piracy law will require about 100 million rubles from the state budget

Or rather, 97 million rubles, which are requested by Roskomnadzor. Recording studios and other copyright holders lobbied for the adoption of an anti-piracy law, which had already been written many times on Habré. However, it is unlikely that these organizations are going to finance the work of the government to implement the provisions of this law. Of course, this money will be requested from the state, because the state has passed a law.

Roskomnadzor is going to create a separate unit for 25 people, which will be engaged exclusively in carrying out tasks related to the provisions specified above than the law. In addition, it is planned (or rather, so far proposed) to increase the staff of territorial bodies of Roskomnadzor to 92 people. All this requires the indicated 97 million rubles.

Roskomnadzor itself, according to the plan, will be engaged in sending notifications to hosting companies about violations, sending notifications to site owners. If the providers / site owners do not respond, it is planned to contact the communication providers with the requirement to block this or that resource that distributes illegal content. Roskomnadzor will keep a register of resources subject to blocking.

Well, since all this requires a large amount of work / time, then the amounts, as we see, are rather big.
