It turned out that in the settings I turned off 3G when I was on vacation. And my previous operator, 3G was missing. And without 3G enabled in the settings, Simka was not activated. Connected to the Rostelecom network: RTK-SPB.
Voice quality is good, the signal level in my home is average. So, it's time to check the data transfer rate.
First, the speed was less than 1 Mbit / s, then increased slightly.
From the device, the receiving speed is more than 5 Mbit / s, the transmission is about 3 Mbit / s.
From a computer when using the phone as a Wi-Fi modem, the result is comparable.
