Good handwriting is rare, for example, I have not seen anyone's records for a long time, about which it can be said that they comply with the rules of calligraphy. Even the handwriting of passports - and he seems to be spoiling. I speak about Cyrillic, probably, with the Latin the same problems. Well, what about the hieroglyphs and calligraphy in Japan? There, learning the art of calligraphy usually takes years and years, and you have to train a lot. But now learning the art of hieroglyphic writing can take place faster. In any case, the Japanese invented a robot that helps kids learn the right way to draw hieroglyphs.
According to the developers and calligraphers, training is now much faster than before. The robot itself was created at Keio University, Yokohama. To draw hieroglyphs, the robot uses the same technique as Juho Sado, a 90-year-old Japanese calligraphy guru who dedicated his whole life to this art. ')
To apply hieroglyphs, the robot uses a mechanical “arm”, a manipulator. The developers have provided a special pen that holds the child studying calligraphy. And the robot, by applying the hieroglyph, demonstrates to the student the way in which each character is applied.
The device is equipped with a large number of sensors that capture all the subtleties of the old master's calligraphic art. Thanks to this sensitivity, the robot is able to transfer these subtleties to the student.
The developers hope that the robot will be able to teach not only calligraphy, and not only children. Probably, this device can train and surgeons, mechanics, and representatives of other specialties.
