Crashed.masterhost

All my sites on the virtual hosting at Masterhost are not responding (according to logs, from five to six in the morning in Moscow).

And, apparently, the problems are serious, since even the own site www.masterhost.ru does not open.

I wrote a letter to tech support, but have not yet responded. Does anyone know anything?
