In particular, we are faced with the problem that when trying to buy a license for Zend Studio, we see a price of $ 250 on the official website , and for all Russian sellers it goes off-scale for $ 500. But Russian sellers can provide all documents for accounting (payment by bank transfer), and on the official website of the product you can pay only with a card (which we don't have yet, but again the question arises about the documents: how to confirm expenses?).
