Laptop vs big computer in the workplace

Thought - how comfortable is the laptop in the workplace?

Pluses laptop -

- You can take home with you and work at home without problems with data synchronization (no flash drives!)
- You can connect to the laptop another monitor without any problems
- You can go and work anywhere in the office - on the couch, for example.
- If the office cut down electricity, the laptop will work! (we take into account that there is no UPS in this case)

Laptop Cons -

- Not very high performance ( It turned out that the item is not critical )
- Can lose or steal
- Usually you have to buy a separate keyboard
- Hard ( Added as reasonable, after reading the comments )

UPD: I think it’s still important to point out that, with regards to me, there are no tasks other than programming non-resource-dependent applications (basically, oddly enough, the web), I don’t have any)
As for designers and Big Powerful Programs, the conversation is, of course, a separate one.

In the end, I bought this type of machine for my office / home:

HP Pavilion dv9500 (an exact model is too lazy to watch - it’s necessary to raise) =)
