I used to work at a desktop PC, with a monitor of 22 ". There were times when there were two monitors. I thought it was some necessary minimum. But for the last 3 years I have been working with a 18" laptop and only 1680x945 resolution and I’m completely satisfied with the screen size and keyboard. Recently, I thought: probably, it will be just as comfortable to work with a 15 "laptop with the same or better screen resolution.
What laptop do you program most of the time?
Add in the comments what you are programming and how much power you need (for compilation, virtualization)?
PS Regarding the use of the term "ultrabook": I used it in a figurative sense. Here, the term simply means a small laptop. The main focus of the survey - the size of the diagonal of the laptop to determine the comfortable working conditions of the programmer.
