What was interesting : 1) Analysis of the concept of loyalty in the IT field. Loyalty - predisposition, the quality of a person, not an acquired property. HR / supervisor / team cannot expect loyalty from a person if he was not inclined towards it at the previous place of work. 2) The problem of fear as motivation of employees. Any imbalance is a source of threats and fears. Fear is the most poor-quality motivator, because at a certain stage of work it has to be overcome in order to accomplish the task. From a stimulus, it turns into a blocker. 3) The quality of being is the result of work. Even if it seems that everything in the project is perfect - the result may not be predictable. 4) The problem of responsibility. Responsibility is not the result of the implementation of a specific plan in software development, but the fulfillment of the expectations of the people who have assigned you the task. Waiting and plan - not always the same.
